A lifelong mover, I transitioned from dance to discovering my true passion in Pilates and Yoga. Since 2004, I've been teaching and witnessing how regular practice transforms lives. I believe movement should make us feel good, helping us become our best selves.

How can I join the challenge?

The challenge takes place on my on-demand platform. If you’re already a member, the challenge is included in your subscription. Simply log in, and a new video will be released each day from 2nd - 31st January for you to enjoy. You also get a daily email reminder to keep you motivated along the way.

How much does it cost?

For a limited time only, we’re giving you 14 days completely free, giving you two full weeks to explore the large library of classes on offer. After that, it’s just £19.99 per month, and you can cancel anytime. We also have a yearly membership option available for £199/year.


If you’d like to join the challenge as a one-off, you can sign up for the monthly plan and cancel after the challenge ends (that’s less then 70p per class!)—it’s completely flexible and up to you.

When does it start and finish?

The challenge will start on January 2nd, and finish on January 31st, 2025.

I am new to Pilates & Yoga, is it suitable for me to participate?

Absolutely! This challenge is designed to be accessible for everyone, regardless of experience level. I provide detailed instructions throughout each class, all grounded in the principles and mindfulness of Pilates and yoga. You’ll have options to modify movements to suit your abilities or increase the challenge if you feel ready for more. The goal is to move in a way that feels good for you, at your own pace. This is a journey for everyone—whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.

How much time should I set aside each day for the challenge?

Each class is between 20–40 minutes long, making it easy to fit into your daily routine. Whether you choose to move in the morning to energise your day or in the evening to unwind and reconnect, the challenge is designed to be flexible for all schedules.

What equipment do I need?

For some classes, props such as an overball, loop band, resistance band, light weights, or ankle/wrist weights are suggested. However, all the classes can also be done without any equipment, so you can still fully participate even if you don’t have these items.


I do recommend having a cushion handy for extra support, such as under your neck or knees, whenever needed. The focus is on making each session comfortable and accessible for you!

What if I miss a day?

While I always encourage consistency, it’s just as important to listen to your body and honour when it needs rest. If you miss a day, don’t worry—just pick up where you left off and continue at your own pace. The challenge is here to support your journey, not add pressure, so focus on progress over perfection.

All the videos will remain on the platform and are available to you as long as you are an active member.
